Today, the California State Parks Foundation hosted its 8th Annual Park Advocacy Day at the Capitol with hopes of persuading lawmakers to end the cuts to state parks and find alternative funding ideas. More than 150 showed up the the all-day event according to the California Parks Foundation Web site.
