Blustery New York: Part 2

I woke up Saturday morning with a hankering for a burly breakfast. After we ate, we geared up to ride Mulleyville’s snow-filled trails.

I threw on hiking pants, snow pants, extra top layers, thick socks, boots, primaloft jacket, Burton gloves, a neck gaiter and my helmet.

Christmas in NY ( 1: A lucky flight )

I flew in Friday night to Albany, leaving a cold California behind and landing in an even colder New York. The flight was quick and I managed to dodge any flight delays, results of a huge storm that brought a couple feet of snow to my parent’s place in the mountains.
